Jack suffered a serious knee injury last Friday. Jason was away (of course) and I am not sure exactly how it happened but he wouldn't put any weight on it at all. Monday we took him to the vet and they said he would need surgery to put some pins in his knee to keep a really small bone in place that had broken off. Tuesday, he had surgery and Wednesday we brought him home. He had a blue bandage on his leg till Friday and now his leg is bare. He has to wear this cone to keep from biting the stitches. He is quite a pathetic site!
He seems to be recovering well. I hope he has no more problems. He cost me more than
Ashlyn's caesarean birth! Thankfully he is rather cute! But what are you going to do? When we visit the states, if anyone wants puppies, he is available!

Poor thing! He is so cute, especially with so sweet eyes looking out of that cone. :)
